The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two king-size beds and a twin bed. The separate bathrooms and showers were a great convenience for our family. We loved having a living area, dining room, and kitchenette, which made it feel like a home away from home. And of course, the private pool was the icing on the cake!

The only thing we didn't love was the outdoor shower option. It's just our personal preference, but others may enjoy it.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, air conditioning, and a helpful staff. They even lent me a phone charger on my first stay. Perfect for my city trip!

The value for money at the hotel was great. The room was comfortable and the private pool was lovely. The location was convenient with plenty of good eateries nearby and a nice feel to the local area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the reception staff to the drivers. a great place to stay and a perfect end to our holiday in Bali.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was provided. The villa was lovely. The area was very quite and relaxing. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I loved everything about it.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast provided. More of a selection or buffet style would have been better. Saying that, the breakfast was still good just more variety such as cereal, fruit or pancakes would make it better.

The villas are nice, but not luxury and need a good clean. The spa is neither luxury or professional, but the girls are lovely and do their best. Prices are very reasonable.

After reading positive reviews, I expected good things of Bidadari. Firstly, it is very far out in Umalas, which is mainly a residential area for expats. No restaurants or places of interest within walking distance. The villas have the potential to be 4 star, depending on which one you get - some are better than others. Some are nice, others are grotty and set in muddy gardens. Unfortunately, the whole place is let down by 2 star service. Poor housekeeping, a really bad restaurant, and friendly but inept staff who spend a lot of time apologising. As regular visitors to Bali, we know there are much better places for the price... shop around!

The staff provided incredible service, remembering my name from the moment I arrived. The spa staff also knew us by name and even called to confirm our free massage. We had a wonderful stay at a relaxing villa with a private pool. The pool was clean and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and had options for vegetarians. The staff at the spa were also very good and the overall experience was pleasant. Additionally, we appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the location.

The location was perfect, super close to the most insane surfing spots. We caught the sickest waves and had the time of our lives. The staff were chill and helped us out with everything we needed. The villa was dope, with a sick pool and rad outdoor area. Definitely coming back for another sick trip with the crew!

The only thing we wished for was a sick party scene near the resort. It would've been sick to have some banging clubs or bars nearby for us young party-goers to go wild after a day of shredding waves.

The staff even remembered to offer me a cold drink when I arrived. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
